Thanks for stopping by, my name is Avery. I’m the lead engineer here at Studio Seven Sound Development. I’ve been very lucky to start this studio with a lot of help from a lot of good people. I’ve been a drummer since elementary school when my amazing uncle started teaching me in his own studio. Him and his studio were some of the biggest influences for not only being a musician but for starting a studio of my own. He’s not only contributes a huge amount to my love and knowledge of music but to the studio as well. Some of my best gear was donated by him, which greatly increases the quality of recordings we can give you here at Studio Seven, and I’m very thankful for that. My late friend Jeff was a big influence to the studio as well, unfortunately he’s not here with us today but his spirit lives on in the studio. He was one of the greatest sound engineers to walk the earth and I wish he was here today to see what we’ve accomplishes. He was the kickstart for becoming a sound engineer myself, and I aspire to have the skills he did one day.

Studio Seven started out as just a couple of guys recording their music to Garage Band on a iPad in 2020. A band of 7 friends was spawned from that to create 91 Civic, and another band, Margaret Thrasher, which shared a few members with 91 Civic. Everyone between the two bands put our tax refunds together to buy ourselves a nice Presonus StudioLive digital rack mixer, suggested to us by our friend Jeff, and it’s been a great investment and the powerhouse of the studio since. We’ve grown exponentially since 2020 and purchased and were gifted a lot of equipment. I am ecstatic to share my passion with others who love to make music.

Thank you to my uncle Eric and to my friend Jeff for all of the inspiration, this is dedicated to you two.
